Track Your Order

To check your order status, just click on the Login link at the top of the page, sign in and then click Your Account and select Your Orders.

  • Awaiting CC Processing means that we are awaiting notification that your Credit/Debit card payment has processed successfully
  • Order Pending means your order hasn't been processed yet - we may be awaiting further information from yourself or our manufacturer
  • Order Processed means your order has been processed and you will receive an order acknowledgement containing the delivery timescale
  • Cancelled means your order has been cancelled.

If you require further information regarding your delivery date, please e-mail our Customer Service Department or telephone our Customer Services Department on 01560 322072, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.

If your order has been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location - this information will be in your order acknowledgement. However, if your order is incomplete, over-delivered or damaged please immediately email our Customer Service Department. Shortages or damages must be reported as soon as possible and ideally, on the same day as delivery.
