To check your order status, just click on the Login link at the top of the page, sign in and then click Your Account and select Your Orders.
- Awaiting CC Processing means that we are awaiting notification that your Credit/Debit card payment has processed successfully
- Order pending means your order hasn't been processed yet - we may be awaiting further information from yourself or our manufacturer
- Order processed means your order has been processed and should be delivered in the timescale quoted to you
- Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.
If you wish to clarify the delivery date, please e-mail our Customer Service Department or telephone our Customer Services Department on 0845 652 2347 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
If your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please email our Customer Service Department or telephone on 0845 652 2347 between 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
