Welcome to Saxen Ltd.
Saxen Ltd was created in 2007 and began life with two employees. The owners had several years experience in the office furniture industry coupled with excellent internet and web-building skills and proceeded to build the first office furniture website, www.saxen.co.uk. Saxen Limited is a family run business and has grown rapidly necessitating the procurement of larger premises to accommodate new employees and our brand new state-of-the-art showroom and offices.
Our offices and showroom are based in Newmilns, Ayrshire which is on the West Coast of Scotland, 20 miles south of Glasgow. Our Company address and contact details are listed below.
The main objectives of the company are to provide a good and fair working environment for all employees and to maintain the personal level of customer service which distinguishes our business from other online retailers. Our no-quibble 7-day returns policy (excluding made-to-order goods) and prompt refund policy endorses our high level of customer satisfaction.
We learned many things from our first website and asked our customers to tell us where improvements could be made to make their on-line experience even better. These suggestions were taken into account when our new website was developed and many new features have been added to make your shopping experience even easier.
As well as improving the website, we wanted to offer a better quality of product including desks made from FSC Timber, products which have British Standard certification and also using manufacturers who hold the ISO 9001/14001 quality/environmental standards or equivalent European certifications. This is reflected in our choice of product and manufacturers on our website.
