Jahnke News Update as at 19th April 2012

Jahnke GmbH & Co., a long established German office furniture manufacturer, have recently announced insolvency.  The model rights of insolvent Jahnke Gmbh & Co. have been sold to Savic Holding AG. The newly established Jahnke GmbH has taken over the brands, models, design rights and inventories of the insolvent Jahnke GmbH & Co. and it is expected that production will continue, although ranges may initially be limited.

It is expected that major manufacturing changes will take place over the coming months. Although there is limited stock held in Jahnke's UK warehouse, it is not expected that further shipments will arrive from the German manufacturer within the next eight weeks. Saxen have therefore made the decision to remove the Evo, Top Office 2, Studio Office and Flatline Glass furniture ranges from the website and mark all Jahnke desks and workstations as "Currently Unavailable".

We will be posting further updates as and when information is available from the newly formed Jahnke GmbH. All customers who have orders placed for Jahnke Furniture will be offered alternatives where applicable or full refunds. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
